Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Senate message (page 2488) on the following:

Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHCR 23(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHCR 23(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.
